Lentil Extract
Freeze dried lentil extract, extracted at pH 3 and 7 from lentil flour.
Description
Legumes, a family of foods (Fabaceae), include peas, beans, lentils, soy, peanuts, tamarind, and fenugreek. When dried, these legumes are referred to as pulses. Legume allergies are more prevalent in individuals from Mediterranean regions, as well as some Asian and African countries.
Mild allergy symptoms can include hives, skin swelling, stomach pain, or vomiting. Severe symptoms, such as anaphylaxis, are much rarer and may involve wheezing, difficulty breathing, or feeling faint and dizzy.
Our lentil extract can be used for applications such as:
-
